You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order is processed. Orders will be processed within 24 hours after placing your order. If by any chance the product you ordered is out of stock, you will be personally contacted.

You can follow your order at any time via a tracking code, that you can find in your shipping confirmation mail.

Free deliveries on all orders over €150,00, only applicable within Belgium.

RETURNS

If you are not happy with your purchase there is always the possibility to return your item.

Please send an email to helen@rhearosso.com, including your order number and the reason you want to return the purchase. 

You can return your purchased goodies within 14 days counting from the day after you received your order.

 

Return costs will be paid by the customer.

 

An item which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

·         It must be in new condition.

·         It must be within the original packaging.

·         It must be unworn and undamaged.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Please note that only regular priced items can be returned, items sold at discount can not be returned.

Neither can reloved items be returned.
